Green Living Solutions is a Green Development Company (real estate development concept) organized to lessen the burdens of government, through the creation and development of sustainable housing communities, with a mission of considering social and environmental impacts of development, such as environmental responsiveness, resource efficiency, and community and cultural sensitivity through:

WHAT WE DO

1. Support Federal & Local Governments with transiting blighted neighborhoods and vacant residential and commercial properties into freshly developed vital, thriving, leased up, affordable and sustainable (green) housing.
   
2. Support grant-funded programs that address the general lack of attainable housing by increasing the supply of housing stock to support the growth and economic mobility.
   
3. Aid communities interested in revitalizing and preserving their traditional developments by providing tools for mixed-use commercial and residential development.
   
4. Aid for-profit businesses with strategies to help fund environmentally friendly mixed-use commercial and residential developments.
   
5. Create development opportunities in the housing sector within communities to provide sustainable housing. 

STRATEGY

To ensure that a community's growth is environmentally and socially responsible. Work with local governments and community stakeholders to make proactive land use decisions while contributing toward community's long-term prosperity. To implement tangible actions as a catalyst to transition existing renovations to decarbonization. Construct new residential and commercial properties in conjunction with sustainable land use creating economic developments that coincide with (Michigan) Green Communities.
